Refund & Return Policy

At Petique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stuffed teddy bear and plush toy purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us at spetiques@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at spetiques@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
